The Application Analyst II will serve as an essential support role within the applications team, tasked with the day-to-day management of various software applications across clinical, business, or ambulatory settings. This role will involve initial troubleshooting, minor configurations, and regular maintenance to ensure applications run smoothly and meet user needs. • Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field of study preferred.
•  A minimum of 2-6 years' experience supporting, maintaining, and configuring enterprise applications in a healthcare or comparable environment required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
• Licensure/Certification: None
• Intermediate understanding of application configurations and settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with various user groups.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to new applications and software environments quickly.
